1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of AllSetPro Maricopa Tree Services (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AllSetPro Maricopa Tree Services provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes marking underground utilities, removing vehicles and obstacles, and securing pets. We reserve the right to postpone work if conditions are deemed unsafe. You are responsible for notifying us of any hazards on your property.

7. Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local ordinances for tree work on your property. We can provide guidance and assistance with the permit process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.

8. Liability and Insurance

AllSetPro Maricopa Tree Services carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, pre-existing damage to property, or issues arising from conditions not disclosed to us prior to service.

9. Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all tree debris and wood from your property. We make reasonable efforts to clean the work area, though minor debris such as sawdust and small wood chips may remain in the grass.

10. Weather and Force Majeure

Our services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of delays and reschedule services as soon as possible.

11. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We do not guarantee the survival or health of trees after pruning or treatment, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
